New Zealand Wilson & Co contacted me regarding renting a flat which the existing agents had failed to do. They rented it immediately, at the rent asked for, and have provided a full management service in the three years since. Both the tenant (who is still in the flat) and we have appreciated their quick response to any problems which have arisen. When a second flat needed to be re-let, we chose to change agents and ask Wilson & Co to let and manage it for us, which they have done as efficiently as before.
